SSMDE – Cross-Domain Proof (10.0–10.2)

One universal record shape that travels across industries

10.0 Cross-Domain Proof

Purpose. Show that one compact contract — value, align, band, manifest_id, stamp — works unchanged across very different worlds. Same pillars, same replayable math, different payloads and policies.

# the universal pillars
record := {
  value,        # untouched truth
  align,        # bounded trust/stress dial in (-1,+1)
  band, # action stance derived from align
  manifest_id, # which rulebook was in force
  stamp         # (optional) time+order+content proof
}

Why it matters. If identical structure works for money, models, and machines, then Shunyaya Symbolic Mathematical Data Exchange is truly general: a portable accountability layer, not another domain-locked format.

10.1 Finance / Operations Stability

Problem. Leaders don’t just need amounts; they need posture: “steady or wobbling?” Meetings become arguments.

How SSMDE helps.

  • value carries the money truth (no smoothing).
  • align expresses stability now on (-1,+1).
  • band declares what finance should do (e.g., investigate within 24h).
  • manifest_id freezes the quarter’s thresholds and timers.
  • stamp proves when that stance existed and in what order.
# illustrative finance record
{
  value:       { cash_collected_usd: 18420.77 },
  align:       -0.31,
  band:        "A-",
  manifest_id: "AR_STABILITY_Q4_CLOSE_v2",
  stamp:       "SSMCLOCK1|2025-10-31T14:05:22Z|θ=044.91|sha256=ab12d4...|prev=89c2aa..."
}

Outcome. Audit can replay thresholds, treasury gets forward-looking signal, and nobody can rewrite quarter-close history.

10.2 AI Routing and Escalation

Problem. The real governance question is routing: auto-execute vs human-review vs block. Today, rules hide in code and folklore.

How SSMDE helps.

  • value is the model’s proposal (ai_decision_score, proposed_action).
  • align asks “within declared comfort zone?” — not just score, but stability.
  • band drives routing ("AUTO-EXECUTE", "HUMAN-REVIEW", "BLOCKED").
  • manifest_id locks thresholds, exposure caps, fairness gates.
  • stamp anchors who/what routed what, when, and in sequence.
# illustrative AI routing record
{
  value:       { ai_decision_score: 0.912, proposed_action: "APPROVE_LOAN" },
  align:       +0.78,
  band:        "AUTO-EXECUTE",
  manifest_id: "LOAN_ROUTING_REVIEW_LIM_25K_v3",
  stamp:       "SSMCLOCK1|2025-10-31T14:05:22Z|θ=255.40|sha256=c19b77...|prev=02bc91..."
}

Outcome. Compliance gets replayable justification; operators are protected by published policy; “the AI just did it” becomes accountable governance.
