• Midpoint anchoring t0 := midpoint(TRAIN) with t := days_since(date, t0) de-couples intercept and phase and reduces edge bias.
• One-wrap display discipline: unwrap only for OLS/events; apply exactly one wrap360 for daily angles.
• Boundary parity: use year-boundary normalization → prev-day cusp convention → bounded +-1 day snap only to resolve a clear neighbor mismatch.
• Node identity is exact by construction: Ketu(t) = wrap360( Rahu(t) + 180 ).
• Determinism and parsimony: outputs are a pure function of (manifest, date); extras are admitted only when DeltaBIC >= 6 and event-aware loss decreases.

7.2 What we claim (and what we do not)
Claimed. Deterministic, bounded, reproducible daily Lahiri sidereal angles with a transparent audit trail (TRAIN/TEST splits, candidate sets, BIC/loss gate, locked manifests). Degree-level fidelity suitable for rāśi/house work; timing metrics (crossings, stations) are computed and tracked. Portable offline evaluation from per-body manifests.
Not claimed. Arc-minute ingress timestamps or full N-body dynamics. For minute-grade events or edge cases, escalate to a high-precision ephemeris for that narrow interval and clearly mark the observation-only scope.
7.3 (Intentionally omitted for this blog)
Packaging or “release bundle” mechanics are out of scope here. This series remains conceptual and reproducible without shipping artifacts.
7.4 Operational next steps (bound, no ambiguity)
- Reference-year cross-check (observation-only). Fix a year (e.g., 2015), one timestamp (e.g.,
05:30 IST), and the Lahiri frame. CompareActual(public ephemeris, siderealized) vsProjected(your compact tables) vsKernel(manifest+evaluator). Record a one-row scoreboard plus per-day deltas. - Acceptance re-run. From the locked manifests, recompute TEST metrics and verify exact match with your saved summaries; emit a consolidated scoreboard for your records.
- Ongoing updates. When you add bodies or re-train, append manifests and scorecards; keep anchors, timestamp, and gate policy stable, or document any change alongside spans used.
- Optional derived columns. For convenience only (not required), you may maintain local “derived” angles such as
L_harm_n = wrap360(n * L_hat_deg); the core angles remain unchanged.
7.5 Provenance & integrity
• Keep TRAIN/TEST windows, candidate sets, selection logs (BIC and loss), evaluator formula, and checks under version control on your side.
• Never hand-edit manifests; any change must originate from a new locked fit with recorded inputs/outputs.
• Preserve earlier splits as archival; keep a clear lineage of anchors, thresholds, and pairing caps used for events.
7.6 Ethical use & final caution
This is structured guidance, not certitude. Treat the alignment channel as a clarity/quality signal and keep it annotation-only. For decisions that hinge on exact ingress timing or arc-minute precision, escalate to a high-precision ephemeris for that limited window and disclose the observation-only scope when sharing results.
