Shunyaya Symbolic Mathematical Hardware – Readiness: Pilot Packet, Safety Case, Audit & Go/No-Go (8.7–8.10)

8.7 — Week-1 pilot packet (fill-in templates)
Pilot charter.
KPIs = [<kpi1>, <kpi2>, <kpi3>, <kpi4>, <kpi5>]
Sites = [<site_a>, <site_b>]
Mode = read-only
Window = 14 days baseline + 14 days lane-visible
Success criteria. Equal classical outputs; reduction in 2+ of {waste, false_alarms, oscillations, ops_toil}.
Report outline. Context, E1..E12 summary, KPI deltas, economics by lever, logs and stamps, next-step recommendation.

8.8 — Safety case outline (promotion from advisory to scoped closed loop)
Hazard analysis. List actuators and failure modes; confirm none depend directly on a in phase 1.
Mitigations. Clamps, bounded lane, advisory-only controls, rollback switch.
Evidence. Pilot logs, PASS gates, operator training, incident review.
Change request. Specific policies referencing bands, thresholds, revert plan, monitoring.
Approval. Sign-offs from safety, domain engineering, and operations.

8.9 — Audit and stamping workflow (trust by default)
Daily roll-up. Append the manifest to each day’s log archive.
Offline verification. Recompute E1..E12 and a random sample of KPIs from raw inputs; confirm equality within tolerance.
Chain-of-custody. Maintain an append-only list of archive hashes; optionally include a stamp line of the form
SSMCLOCK day=YYYY-MM-DD bundle_sha256=<bundle_hash> manifest_sha256=<manifest_hash> chain=<prev_hash>
External anchor (optional). Store the latest hash in a cheap external registry if needed.

8.10 — Go / no-go board checklist (one slide, ten questions)

  1. Are eps_a, eps_w, gamma, division policy, and bands frozen and published in the manifest?
  2. Do E1..E12 PASS under CI with tol = 1e-12?
  3. Is batch == stream == shuffled demonstrated for your fusion KPIs?
  4. Are operators trained and UIs showing value plus band clearly?
  5. Is the rollback switch proven in staging?
  6. Are logs stamped and reproducible offline?
  7. Are savings KPIs tied to money and tracked in the pilot report?
  8. Are safety boundaries documented and no actuator depends on a without approval?
  9. Is the pilot window long enough to capture representative conditions?
  10. Do we have a written revert plan and owners for each dimension?
