10.7 — Worked interop examples
Telecom KPI (ratio near zero).
# classical value
value = errors / traffic
# lane-side strength (bounded, order-safe)
a_div = tanh(atanh(clamp(a_errors,EPS_A)) - atanh(clamp(a_traffic,EPS_A)))
# alert tier by confidence band; never hide value
tier = band(a_div) # A++..A--
State estimator fusion (ROS-like).
U = 0.0; W = 0.0
U += w_cam*atanh(clamp(a_cam,EPS_A)); W += w_cam
U += w_imu*atanh(clamp(a_imu,EPS_A)); W += w_imu
a_out = tanh(U / max(W, EPS_W))
publish({"m": estimator_value, "a": a_out})
PLC (IEC 61131-3 ST) — lane-only fuse beside classical control.
(* IN1(m,a), IN2(m,a) -> OUT(m,a) *)
OUT.m := IN1.m + IN2.m; (* classical sum *)
OUT.a := TANH( (ATANH(IN1.a) + ATANH(IN2.a)) / 1.0 ); (* equal weights *)
10.8 — Governance and change control
• Immutable manifests. Any knob/LUT change → new manifest; bit-identical claims no longer apply.
• Schema versioning. Only additive fields; keep (m,a) stable.
• Lane visibility. Never route a into value-lane math; phi((m,a)) = m at every boundary.
• Review gates. Merges require E1..E12 PASS, manifest updated, and rollback switch verified.
• Separation of concerns. Band thresholds and advisory policies live in config; kernels remain operator-pure.
10.9 — Interop QA — checklist
- Clamp everywhere. No
atanhon unclampeda. - Batch equals stream. Replay
{U,W}examples; verify equality within tolerance. - Stamp anchors. One daily anchor; bundle hashes match.
- Schema lint.
a in (-1,+1), bands valid, timestamps monotonic per unit. - Collapse parity. Random samples:
collapse((m,a)) == m. - Alert previews. Band overlays never mask values; operators see value + band.
10.10 — Minimal UI wiring (operators see value + band)
• Single-line display. value -> band (e.g., 0.182 -> A-).
• Timeline overlay. Plot m as a line; render band as a thin underlay strip (A++..A--) without hiding numbers.
• Tool-tips. Show m, a, band, knobs_hash, build_id for the hovered point.
• Tables. Include (m,a,band) columns; keep m sortable; bands color-coded but non-blocking.
• Export. CSV rows carry time,kpi,m,a,band,knobs_hash,build_id,... so audits reproduce results.
